SILIUS (IRE) (Dubawi {Ire}) bids to continue the weekend momentum of the Wertheimers and Christophe Ferland in this intriguing affair which has attracted 2-year-olds with more of a Classic pedigree. A son of the G1 Prix Marcel Boussac and G1 Prix Saint-Alary heroine Silasol (Ire) (Monsun {Ger}), he meets Ecurie Jean-Louis Bouchard’s Burn To Shine (GB) (Hello Youmzain {Fr}), a Pascal Bary-trained €180,000 Arqana Deauville August purchase whose half-siblings include the G1 Prix Jean-Luc Lagardere hero National Defense (GB) (Invincible Spirit {Ire}).
